We provide a fast collection and retrieval service, allowing you access to single or multiple records within hours of a request. Our latest bar coding and O'Neil software technology enables us to instantly find the precise box or file you require.
We offer a scan and email / fax back service, allowing you nearly real-time access. We perform a comprehensive cataloguing of all the necessary information of your stored archive boxes at the outset to enable precise tracking and identification. When a box or file is retrieved, there's a clear audit trail of the movement of your files, so you always know where your documents are.
We will also help you set up a secure destruction schedule for documents that you are no longer required to keep.
Delivery to your door
When you request a box or file to be retrieved and delivered, you'll normally receive the requested items on the following business day, unless same day service is requested.
We can also scan files and either fax or email them directly to you, if that's better for you. We try and keep your options as flexible as possible.
If you prefer, you may also collect your doctuments yourself at our warehouse. We're conveniently located next to the M60 in Trafford Park, about a mile from the Trafford Centre.
If you choose to have your documents delivered, you'll normally have the same driver every time.

A clear audit trail for your files
Each of the boxes stored with us has an unique bar code, and the shelf it is stored on is also bar coded. Should the box be moved for any reason, the location barcode is updated, all with our industry-leading barcode software from O'Neil - so we can track your boxes to the last point of handling.
If you request a specific file from your boxes, that file will also be bar coded and tracked - and when it is returned to us, it is returned to its box and checked in.
